Mr. Kovler is the Chairman of the Board of Judy and Peter Blum Kovler Foundation and the leading benefactor of the FDR Memorial. Mr. Kovler will share his experience and memories from the initial conversations to erect a Presidential Memorial for FDR to campaigning for the inclusion of the statue of FDR in his wheelchair to his hopes for the Memorial over the next 25 years.
