In celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the FDR Memorial Legacy Committee welcomes you to join Mary E. Dolan, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the FDR Memorial Legacy Committee, for this tour of the FDR Memorial, as seen through the lens of the disability community. The tour will include:

Highlights of the fight to add the statue of FDR in his wheelchair to the Memorial.

The debut of new accessibility features recently added to the Memorial.

Stories told throughout the years from members of the Roosevelt family and the artists who created the Memorial.
The Twilight Tour begins at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the FDR Memorial located at 400 West Basin Drive SW, Washington, D.C., 20024.
